1.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and use any service on pk899, you must be 21 years of age or older. We may request proof of age verification at any time. Accounts belonging to minors will be closed immediately and all deposits will be returned.

1.2 One Account Policy

Each person may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same name, at the same household address, or from the same device is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be permanently closed.

1.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering an account. Providing false or misleading information will be considered a violation of these Terms and may result in account closure.

2.1 Deposit Rules

3.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at pk899 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. The maximum bonus is ৳20,000 — so depositing ৳42,000 or more will still yield a maximum bonus of ৳20,000, for a total of ৳62,000.

3.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw the welcome bonus, you must wager the bonus amount 25 times (on the bonus amount only, not deposit + bonus). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds become withdrawable.

3.3 General Bonus Rules

• The bonus applies once only — it cannot be claimed more than once by the same person, address, or device.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the required wagering is completed.
